Guy & O’Neill, Inc. (“Guy & O’Neill”), a leading private label and contract manufacturer of wet wipes and liquid-fill products, has acquired the U.S. wipes operations of Albaad, USA, Inc. (“Albaad”). The combination of these premier companies will provide enhanced innovation, production capabilities, quality, customer service and efficiencies to current and new customers.

This acquisition further expands Guy & O’Neill’s continual commitment to providing a broad range of products, product forms, categories and consumer solutions. The combination of Albaad’s wet wipe flat pack capabilities to manufacture baby wipes, flushable wipes, adult and feminine wipes complements Guy & O’Neill’s capabilities to manufacture core cleaning wipes and liquids, hand and body wipes, healthcare wipes, specialty surface wipes and liquids, industrial and institutional cleaning wipes and liquids, and household cleaning wipes and liquids to include household cleaners, dish soap, hand soap, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, creams and lotions. This enhanced portfolio will offer one the most comprehensive offerings in the industry.
