The awards are based solely upon employee feedback which is captured through an annual engagement survey. This anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. The results were compiled by Energage, LLC — an employee engagement technology partner who also awarded Guy & O’Neill with a national Top Workplace in Manufacturing Industry and Culture Excellence Award earlier this year.
