Fredonia, WI, April 1, 2022 — Guy & O'Neill \has been named a Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association For Business Resources for the year 2022. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resource approaches and employee enrichment programs are given this honor.

Guy & O’Neill, Inc. has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The awards are based solely upon employee feedback which is captured through an annual engagement survey. This anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. The results were compiled by Energage, LLC — an employee engagement technology partner who also awarded Guy & O’Neill with a national Top Workplace in Manufacturing Industry and Culture Excellence Award earlier this year.

G&O recently welcomed the Fox 6 News WakeUp crew to our Fredonia, WI facility to feature G&O on their morning news program.  Fox 6 interviewed several employees throughout the morning to learn more about our history, our culture, the products we make, our high quality standards and how the products we make help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
