Guy & O’Neill, Inc, located in Fredonia, Wisconsin, has been named the 2021 Ozaukee Economic Development Large Business of the Year. This program, which began in 2013, recognizes small, medium, and large-sized businesses who show exemplary growth in areas such as revenue, sales, expansion and community involvement. This year’s award also focused on how businesses responded to Covid-19 in 2020.

This distinguished recognition is a result of exponential growth within the company, increased full-time employment and production capacity as well as a 125,000-square-foot warehouse addition is being added to the south end of the 200 Industrial Drive building due to be completed this fall. Guy & O’Neill also supports local sports teams, community fundraisers, family events, and gives to local families during the holidays.

Guy & O’Neill, Inc. has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The awards are based solely upon employee feedback which is captured through an annual engagement survey. This anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. The results were compiled by Energage, LLC — an employee engagement technology partner who also awarded Guy & O’Neill with a national Top Workplace in Manufacturing Industry and Culture Excellence Award earlier this year.

Guy & O’Neill, Inc (Fredonia, WI) is expanding its building footprint due to increased growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working around the clock to manufacture disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizing products, and a variety of cleaning products, G&O continues to rapidly grow. 

The construction will begin Monday, April 5, 2021 on a 125,000-square-foot warehouse addition on the south end of 200 Industrial Drive. The new building will serve as a warehouse space complete with high-density racking, push-back racking, shipping offices and bathrooms. The addition will also include seven dock doors. 

“We continue to grow to meet the needs of our customers, and we need more warehouse space to handle the increased flow of raw materials and finished products through our facility.” said Patrick Weber, Supply Chain Director.  Added Jeff Brooks, CEO of Guy & O’Neill, “We are pleased to continue to invest in the Fredonia area and appreciative for the community’s support of Guy & O’Neill. This warehouse expansion helps support our infrastructure needs, and we continue to look for more employees to join our growing and thriving family.”

The project is due to be completed this fall.

G&O recently welcomed the Fox 6 News WakeUp crew to our Fredonia, WI facility to feature G&O on their morning news program.  Fox 6 interviewed several employees throughout the morning to learn more about our history, our culture, the products we make, our high quality standards and how the products we make help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
