Fredonia, WI, April 1, 2022 — Guy & O'Neill \has been named a Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association For Business Resources for the year 2022. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resource approaches and employee enrichment programs are given this honor.

Guy & O’Neill, Inc, located in Fredonia, Wisconsin, has been named the 2021 Ozaukee Economic Development Large Business of the Year. This program, which began in 2013, recognizes small, medium, and large-sized businesses who show exemplary growth in areas such as revenue, sales, expansion and community involvement. This year’s award also focused on how businesses responded to Covid-19 in 2020.

This distinguished recognition is a result of exponential growth within the company, increased full-time employment and production capacity as well as a 125,000-square-foot warehouse addition is being added to the south end of the 200 Industrial Drive building due to be completed this fall. Guy & O’Neill also supports local sports teams, community fundraisers, family events, and gives to local families during the holidays.

Guy & O’Neill, Inc. has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The awards are based solely upon employee feedback which is captured through an annual engagement survey. This anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. June 15, 2020 - Guy & O’Neill today announced that Jeff D. Brooks has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. He succeeds Thomas A. Misgen who will resign from the company effective June 30, 2020 and become a consultant to Guy & O’Neill.

Mr. Brooks is a consumer products industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, including stints as CFO of the Global Pet Care division and the Prestige Beauty Care division as well as extensive merger & acquisition experience.

Bruce Pollack, Managing Director of Centre Partners, said: “Jeff brings an impressive suite of skills in leadership, strategy, and finance – and a track record of delivering transformative business results.
