Guy & O’Neill, Inc. has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The awards are based solely upon employee feedback which is captured through an annual engagement survey. This anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. The results were compiled by Energage, LLC — an employee engagement technology partner who also awarded Guy & O’Neill with a national Top Workplace in Manufacturing Industry and Culture Excellence Award earlier this year.
“Being recognized for the Top Workplace Award is an honor. This award is particularly encouraging because it derives from the opinions of our employees. We are so proud of our entire G&O community who collectively make G&O a great workplace,” said Jeff Brooks, CEO and President, Guy & O’Neill, Inc.
